I heard a shocking statistic on the radio recently. Under five percent of all people in North America ever set foot in the library after they’ve left high school and under two percent ever go in to a book store. It’s no wonder so many older retired folks are in poor health. They’ve stopped learning. Sure they read the newspaper but that’s mostly doom and gloom. Not good for developing a positive attitude. So how do you stay young?

Exercise. It has been shown that exercise and brain health are connected.

Read positive and uplifting articles or books.

Stay away from toxic people.

Don’t argue.

Stay positive.
